Firm, tart, somewhat fleshy-animal, vegetable and earthy scent of rather dark berries with bacon-like nuances and a hint of cherries. Dark fruit, earthy, nutty, slightly woody and dried vegetable to tobacco aromas, very slightly animal on the palate, present tannin, good persistence, a little tar in the background, a touch of citrus, dark spicy aromas, mineral notes, still young, very good, firm, tart finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2020 bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
