2015 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG "Campo di Marzo", Tuscany, Italy

Somewhat dried floral and undergrowth scent of partially preserved mixed berries with vegetal, nutty, earthy and blood notes and a hint of tar. Again partly preserved, tart fruit, rather dark spice, undergrowth, earthy, vegetable and tobacco notes, sandy, slightly drying tannin, noticeable alcohol warmth, malty tones on the palate, certain bitterness, salt in the background, slightly rustic style, very good finish
