Eher kühle, herbe Frucht mit kräuterig-pflanzlichen, floralen und leicht pfeffrigen Noten, recht lebendige Säure, etwas Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, wieder erdige Noten, guter, ganz leicht gedeckter Abgang.
