The estate is located in the municipality of San Bonifacio (province of Verona) in the Italian region Veneto, The origin is in the early 1960s, when Guiseppe Inama bought small plots of land on the Soave Classico hills. Today Stefano Inama runs the business. The vineyards cover 60 hectares of vineyards on volcanic soil. You are with the white wines Garganega (the main variety), Sauvignon (Sauvignon Blanc) and Chardonnay, as well as the red varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Merlot. Some of them are cultivated in the traditional pergola education system. The large product range includes white and red wines, which are also produced in a traditional style using various production techniques. For some white wines, there is a short one before pressing , Mostly there is only a gentle one filtration, The DOC and DOCG wines are Soave in different variants. The flagship of the house is the “Soave Classico Vigneti di Foscarino”, whose grapes come from the best plots with the oldest vines. The fermentation takes place in two to five year old barriques. The wine is then stored on the for six to seven months , is then transferred to steel tanks and bottled after six months.
