2013 Soave Classico DOC Vigneti di Foscarino, Veneto, Italy

Slightly nutty and hinted at buttery, delicately floral and clearly mineral scent with notes of friable and partly candied stone fruit and some yellow melons, a little dried, resinous herbs and flint. Ripe, calm, slightly warm fruit with fine juice and bright nutty, yeasty spice, highly fine acidity, friable tannin, in the background also relatively dark mineral notes, a touch of bacon and again a little resinous herbs, salty tones, has grip, mouthwatering, good depth, very harmonious, medium power, very good to long, grippy, salty and surprisingly fresh finish with bite and pull. Has class and will be able to mature much longer than initially assumed
