Translate to English Etwas gedeckter, dabei tiefer, leicht erdiger und getrocknet-vegetabiler, auch nussiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, recht komplexen getrocknet-floralen Tönen, angedeutet Pfeffer und einem Hauch Suppenkräuter. Reife, herb-saftige Frucht im Mund, nussige, gelb-gewürzige und vegetabile Noten, leicht hefig und getrocknet-floral am Gaumen, hat Schmelz und zugleich recht lebendige Säure, feiner, dabei griffiger Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Tiefe, salzige mineralische Töne, eleganter Stil, noch jung, hat Frische, sehr guter Abgang. Wird an der Luft 2 Tage lang immer feiner und komplexer.
