More muted, but more complex, yeasty, slightly nutty-woody and a hint of citrus-buttery nose, with yellow fruit, spicy yellow notes and mineral notes. Also firm on the palate and not very developed, cool, elegantly juicy fruit with prominent yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes and a touch of butter, elegant, lively acidity, slightly tannic touch, persistent on the palate, slightly spicy yellow and oily, smoky nuances , some exotic, clear mineral notes, complex, slightly peppery, has creaminess and warmth, but also lots of fresh juice, herbs, with a lot of air once again gains in depth, minerality, spice and yeast in a very good, downright thrilling finish. Allowed to mature.
