Translate to English Fester und recht tiefer, ein wenig gelb-gewürziger und angedeutet rauchiger Duft nach reifen, teils angetrockneten gelben Früchten mit kräuterigen Nuancen, einer Spur Hefe und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, saftige, teils kandiert und angetrocknet wirkende Frucht mit leicht nussigen Holzaromen, gelber Würze und hefigen Nuancen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, viel Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, hat Kraft, Tiefe und Substanz, dabei auch gewisse Frische, kandierte Zitrusfrüchte im Hintergrund, vielschichtig, deutlich mineralisch, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
