2003 Bizeljsko Sremič Brut Nature Prestige, Posavje, Slovenia

Yellow fruit on the nose, touch of hay, mushroomy notes, yeasty and light oxidative notes. Fairly tranquil on the palate, soft, persistent, preserved pomaceous fruit, gentle mousse, has some substance, typical of the vintage, overall quite soft and creamy, good finish.
