Translate to English Fester, nussig-hefiger und etwas buttriger Duft mit zurückhaltenden Kernobstnoten, angedeuteter gelber Würze und einem Hauch Tabak. Reife, saftige, herbe Frucht, Zitrus- und Kernobstaromen, feines, lebendiges Mousseux, deutlich nussige und hefige Aromen, Brioche, getrocknet-pflanzliche Nuancen und wieder ein wenig gelbe Würze, dicht, nachhaltig und sehr griffig am Gaumen, kreidig-salzige Töne, gute Tiefe, hat einige Substanz, aber auch viel Biss und Zug, vielschichtig, am Beginn seiner Trinkreife, eher hedonistischer Stil und doch auch fordernd, ganz zarter Honiganflug, sehr guter bis langer, ziemlich saftiger Abgang mit Griff, Würze und Mineralik und mit Luft immer mehr Spannung und Zug. Bloß nicht zu kalt trinken!
