Wein-Plus rating: Very good (88 WP)
Last reviewed: 5 March 2019
Editor note: Fairly warm nose, light animal notes, cedary traces, hint of tobacco, ripe, partly preserved black and a few red berries, spicy oak and earthy notes. Ripe, partly preserved, sweetish fruit on the palate, some smoky, cedary notes, touch of cocoa and cake spices, etheral notes, integrated tannins, good persistence, prominent warm alcohol, some sugar candy in the background, hint of tobacco, delicate bitter touch, slightly jammy on a very good, alcoholic finish.
Best to drink: To 2023+
