Cooler, mineral and delicate herbaceous, also a hint yeasty nose with light yellow fruit and floral aromas and some mineral notes in the background, some sprouts, mushrooms and ginger. Clear, elegant, juicy, polished fruit, very elegant acidity, fairly creamy, moderate, light spicy oak, light touch, mineral notes in the background, quite fresh, very good, quite firm, tart and juicy on a very creamy finish, nutty and floral notes ,
