Translate to English Fortgeschrittene, rotbraune Farbe. Süßlich-brotige und leicht malzige Nase mit deutlichen Röstaromen, nach Kakaoglasur, im Hintergrund getrocknete rote Beeren und fast ins Gemüsige tendierende Noten. Im Mund holzbetont und oxydativ, rauchig und röstig, wieder Trockenfrüchte im Hintergrund, viel trockenes Tannin, Kakaonoten, ziemlich herbe Art, alkoholstark, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang. Gewinnt etwas an der Luft, bleibt aber rustikal; lag wohl zu lange im Holz.
