Firm, deep and polished, yet still slightly restless, red berry, pomegranate and some blueberries, herbaceous and dried floral traces, dark spicy oak and earthy notes. Ripe, polished, quite juicy, but rather cool fruit, some spicy oak with roasted notes, fine, youthful, still slightly astringent tannins and a certain acid bite, dried floral notes, in the background salt, indicated dried mushrooms, becomes stronger with air, still juicier and deeper, lots of bite, very good to long finish with juice, touch and woody notes, some yeast and still slightly brittle tannins.
