Somewhat muted, firm, slightly animalic, cedary, undergrowth and earthy aroma with tart dark berry tones, a little dry herbs, juniper and tobacco nuances. Also somewhat muted and tart in the mouth, restrained, rather tightly knit fruit, still a little brittle tannin and toasty-woody tones, slightly earthy and dried-vegetable, bacony nuances in the background, nutty hints, a little tobacco, becomes more accessible with air, good to very good, tart, again a little drying finish
