2016 Douro DOC Colheita "Duorum", Douro, Portugal

Firm, slightly animal, also earthy and vegetal scent of black berries with cherry nuances and a hint of bacon. Straightforward, clear, cool and tart fruit, again very light animal notes, somewhat nutty, hint of floral and vegetal notes, fine sandy tannins, delicate bite, fairly persistent, has freshness, cocoa and cardamom spice in the background, delicate acid bite, good to very good, preserved - juicy finish with chocolatey, tobacco to ashy notes.
