Translate to English Eher herber, kühler, fein-vegetabiler bis kräuteriger und zart hefiger Duft mit Kernobst- und Melonentönen sowie mineralischen Anklängen. Recht saftig im Mund, reife, klare Frucht mit feinen vegetabilen Aromen und sehr feiner, lebendiger Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Griff und Spiel, im Hintergrund Mineralik, auch wieder etwas Hefe, florale, salzige und dunkelbeerige Nuancen, noch jung, aber schon sehr animierend, eher weiche Konturen, saftiger, weiß-pfeffriger Abgang mit etwas Griff und Biss.
