2008 Ried Hasel Chardonnay trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Yellow fruit on the nose, light vegetal notes, old oak, undergrowth and some spice. Full-bodied on the palate, but not overpowering, persistent pomaceous fruit, touch of tart berries, herbaceous and light spicy notes, light mineral traces, fairly prominent polished acidity, good substance, juicy, touch of citrus on a good to very good finish.
