Cloudy, light golden yellow. Firm, distinctly yeasty, vegetal and a little bacony, also yellow-spicy, floral and a little tobacco aroma of partly candied yellow fruits with white-fruity nuances, orange zest and distinct minerality. Ripe, yet bone-dry fruit with yeast, planty aromas, smoke and nutty tones, very fine, lively acidity, lots of grip from ripe tannin, dense and persistent, intense, salty minerality, tangy spiciness, good depth, still young, multi-layered, a hint woody, very good, firm, grippy finish, again with tangy juice and spiciness
