2017 trocken "PERPETUUM", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Slightly cloudy, light yellow. Yeasty, nutty, slightly vegetal and floral aroma with yellow fruity aromas, some protein, hints of yellow spice and distinct minerality. Very tightly knit, tart, cool, bright fruit, taut, fine acidity and lots of grip from ripe tannin, clearly yeasty notes, some light nuttiness and vegetal, also floral nuances, lasting, with tension and depth, intense, salty minerality, still barely developed, multi-layered, very good, tart and cool, tight, gripping finish. May mature further

Editor note: Very slightly cloudy, bright yellow. Clear, very cool, fine and deep yellow fruit nose with yeasty and delicate floral aromas, light nutty notes, a hint of bacon and prominent mineral notes. Very firm, cool, elegantly juicy, firm fruit, yeasty notes, fine tannin touch and very fine, lively acidity, quite a fine, light style, persistent, rough and dense, a lot of salt in the background, has tension and depth, floral traces, multi-layered, still very young, very good to long, firm, catchy and again very mineral finish with a lot of steam. Aesthetics in bottles.
