Clearly yeasty and somewhat yellow-spicy aroma with aromas of partly preserved and candied yellow fruits, floral nuances, a touch of butter caramel, hints of tobacco and minerality. Clear, taut, tart fruit with cool, quite fresh juice, lots of yeast, herbs and also floral nuances, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, yellow spice, clear, bright, salty minerality, good depth, multi-layered, very lively and animating, very good to long, taut, juicy finish
