, Viticulture is operated by the fourth generation of the Reinisch family. The beginning took place in 1923 with a half acre vineyard. In 1995, the Californian-style cultural vineyard, which counts to the absolute Austrian top, with new press house and cellar in operation. Popularly the family Reinisch is also called "Mondavis of the Thermenregion". Johann Reinisch (1952-2009) was considered the "red wine engine" of this wine-growing region. , for which Veronika Reinisch is responsible. The vineyards cover 40 hectares of vineyards in the communities Tattendorf (Dornfeld, Frauenfeld, Holzspur, Kellerried, Lores) and Gumpoldskirchen

). They are 60% with the red varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, St. Laurent, Pinot Noir and Blue Portuguese, and planted to 40% with the white varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. It is practiced consistently organic viticulture according to organic guidelines.
In the basement store more than 600 barriques but also conventional wooden barrels of larger volume for expansion. The wines are vinified in four different lines. These are "Vom Steinfeld" (classic expansion in large wooden barrels), "Specials" (various cuvées), "Reserve" (oak barrique) and the "Premium" parade line from special years (Grande Cuvée and Grande Reserve, long oak barrels ). Among the top products are Chardonnay Reserve Lores (10 months wooden barrel), Pinot Noir Reserve Grillenhügel (16 months oak barrel), Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot Reserve (up to 20 months barrique), Pinot Noir Grande Reserve wood trace (18 months barrique, 6 months bottle ) and St. Laurent Grande Reserve wood track (22 months barrique, 6 months bottle). In weather-appropriate years also noble sweet wines such as Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese and Eiswein (as a special feature also red wines) are produced. Every year around 230,000 bottles of wine are produced. Bottle-fermented sect, vinegar and spirits are also produced. The winery is a member of Therme Winzer
