2002 Domini, Douro, Portugal

Medium-intense nose, cedar wood with roasted notes, red and black berries as well as ripe cherries, with herbaceous and mineral notes. Fruit shows some signs of amturity in the mouth, roasted, spicy oak, medium-fine, slightly astringent tannins, more dried herbs on the palate, delicate tart note, slightly lacking in definition, not particularly deep, attractive finish.
