VR Alentejano Amorin, Alentejo, Portugal

Rather tart, slightly planty fragrance of partly preserved red and black berries with earthy and nutty tones. Straightforward, somewhat juicy, partly preserved fruit with nutty to slightly toasty woody notes, somewhat earthy and dried vegetable, a little sandy tannin, earthy and dried vegetable notes, some persistence, warming alcohol, good to very good finish.
