The winery is located in the municipality Viessling ( Spitz a. D. ) in the Spitzer Graben in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region Wachau, It is run by Josef Högl. The mostly terraced vineyards cover 7.5 hectares of vineyards in the vineyards Castle hill, Bruck, Mitterfeld, Beautiful, Steinertal and Wandl. They are with the white wines Riesling and Green Valtellina (40% each), as well as smaller stocks Chardonnay, Yellow muscatel. Sauvignon Blanc and Neuburger planted. Other areas in Dürnstein and Loiben ( Loibenberg ) are leased, which are planted with Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Chardonnay. It is consistently practiced near-natural viticulture.
