Golden yellow. Very own, dried vegetal and -floral, slightly yeasty, nutty and earthy nose, partly dried citrus fruits and pomaceous fruit with delicate yellow spicy notes and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy and slightly creamy fruit on the palate, some again dried on the nose, yeasty and spicy oak, very fine, lively acidity, a lot of mature tannins, touch of chocolate and roasted notes on the palate, persistent and quite dense, some candy in the background, delicate notes of salt, has substance and touch, but also fresh, good depth, very good, fine spicy, nutty and quite juicy finish with a fine finish and noticeable tannin touch. Orange wine, but very skillful.
