Cool nose, prominent green vegetal notes, restrained green and yellow fruit, hint of white berries, floral traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, prominent vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, hint of bacon, earthy and mineral notes, persistent and has some depth, delicate grip, full-bodied, but also quite elegant, floral traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, delicate smoky traces and vegetal aromas, very good, polished, elegant, juicy, smoky, mineral finish.
