Translate to English Gereifter, zedriger und tabakiger Duft nach angetrockneten schwarzen Beeren, Zwetschgen und Kirschen mit leicht pfeffrigen Aromen, erdiger Mineralik, ein wenig Wurzelgemüse und angeröstetem Rindfleisch. Klare, kühle, saftige und straff gewirkte Frucht im Mund, etwas röstige Holzwürze, wieder erdige Noten und Wurzelgemüse am Gaumen, feinsandiges, überwiegend mürbes Tannin, nachhaltig, recht kernig, kühlende Mineralik, ganz leicht rustikal und dennoch recht elegant, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang. In erstklassiger Verfassung.
