2002 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Lagrein Riserva Taber, Alto Adige, Italy

Translate to English Leicht gereifter, etwas animalischer und an Brechbohnen erinnernder Duft nach reifen, teils angetrockneten schwarzen Beeren und Zwetschgen mit zedrigen und leicht rußigen Holznoten, deutlich erdigen Tönen und getrocknet-floralen Anklängen. Saftige, geschliffene, sehr reife Frucht im Mund, kandiert-nussige und fein-schokoladige Holzwürze, feines, recht präsentes Tannin, viel Schmelz und Kraft am Gaumen, aber auch kühlende minzige Noten und Mineralik, ein Hauch Karamell, nachhaltig, eine Spur vanillewürzig, nicht ewig tief, sehr guter Abgang.
