2005 St. Magdalener / Santa Maddalena DOC Classico Huck am Bach, Alto Adige, Italy

Lively nose with prominent red berry notes and some blueberries. Soft red fruit in the mouth, moderate tannins, delicate vegetal notes, light mushroomy notes, well made, but the impression on the palate is in contrast to the appealing nose, and could be more lively, attractive finish. Chill slightly before serving.
