Translate to English Herber, leicht altholziger Brombeerduft mit Sauerkirschnoten und vegetabilen Tönen sowie leicht nussigen und erdigen Tönen. Süßlich-saftige, etwas marmeladige Frucht, schokoladige Noten, ein wenig Kandis und Karamell, überwiegend mürbes Tannin, gewisse Wärme, recht weiche Art, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nicht allzu tief, auch im Abgang etwas marmeladig und schokoladig.

Editor note: Coll nose, slightly tart preserved cherries and black berries, some cold smoke and some roasted oak. Cool and dark again on the palate, fairly smooth fruit, some more light smoky and roasted notes, oak, quite fine tannins, good substance, quite full-bodied, creamy, good persistence, still youthful, good finish.
