2007 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Merlot Riserva Siebeneich, Alto Adige, Italy

Lively, fairly cool nose, mixed berries and cherries, herbaceous and light roasted notes. Clear, straightforward, fairly cool notes on the palate, ripe fruit, juicy and creamy, fine tannins, herbaceous notes, spicy, sweetish oak, chocolate, persistent, very full-bodied, youthful, more chocolate, juicy on a very good finish.
