Translate to English Klarer und herber, noch völlig unentwickelter, leicht süßlich-holzwürziger Duft nach eingemachten Kirschen und schwarzen Beeren mit einer Spur Marzipan, etwas Holunder sowie gewürzigen und kräuterigen Nuancen im Hintergrund. Reife, saftige Frucht im Mund, röstige und leicht rauchige Holzwürze, kräuterige und gewürzige Anklänge, feiner Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, süßlicher Schmelz, noch sehr jung wirkend, fester Bau, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, saftiger und süßlich-würziger Abgang mit Kräuternoten und Eukalyptus.
