Firm, fairly cool nose, elderflowers, herbs and minty notes, avocado and bell peppers, gooseberries and lavender. Full-bodied, but also cool and polished on the palate, elegant, juicy fruit, lively, polished acidity, slightly sweetish and creamy, persistent, prominent elderflower and some more lavender, good grip, mineral notes in the background, still youthful, hint of green bacon, very delicate buttery traces, very good finish.
