Light vegetal nots on the nose, partly dried and candied yellow fruit, floral traces, herbs and earthy traces. Very sweet, concentrated, predominantly dried yellow fruit on the palate, prominent yellow spice and some toasted notes, lively acidity,, persistent and full-bodied, smoky and delicate waxy notes, good depth, hint of bacon. hint of tobacco on a very good sweet, spicy, grippy finish.
