Translate to English Kühle, weiß-vegetabile und -erdige Nase mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Nuancen, vor allem Birnen, etwas weißem Pfeffer und nussig-hefigen Aromen und recht deutlich kalkiger Mineralik. Kernobstbetonte, recht straffe, dabei reife Frucht, deutlich hefig und wieder kreidig-mineralisch, vegetabile Noten, merklicher Alkohol und gewisse Extraktsüße, relativ lebendige Säure, etwas Salz, nicht ewig tief, ein Hauch Wurzelgemüse, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, guter Abgang.
