Light yeasty and toasted notes on the nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, touch of green pepper, green, white and a few black berries, touch of yellow fruit, floral traces, light nutty and mineral notes.. Ripe, juicy, concentrated, creamy fruit on the palate, very powerful, light acid bite, integrated tannins provide some grip, vegetal, herbaceous and dried floral notes, some yellow spice, touch of pepper and caraway seed, concentrated and remarkably persistent, deep and complex, the tremndously high alcohol is surprisingly well integrated, prominent mineral notes, yeasty traces, very good, long, complex finish. Impresses not because of its sheer power, but because of the finesse it shows.
