Hint of bacon on the nose, earthy and dried vegetal notes, black berries, tart nutty aromas, light sooty traces, hint of coffee, earthy, mineral and herbaceous traces. Ripe, partly preserved dark fruit on the palate, slightly sooty oak with lots of dark chocolate and spicy coffee notes, fine sandy, youthful tannins, noticeable high alcohol, but also has some bite, peppery and herbaceous traces in the background, salty mineral traces, quite polished in spite of its full body, very good finish.
