Bacon on the nose, black berries and cherries, dried herbs, touch of black olives, mineral traces. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, toasted notes and some chocolate, more black olives and some dried herbs, touch of sandy tannins, full body, salty notes, bacon in the background, slightly astringent tannins on a very good alcoholic finish.
