The cooperative winery is located in the municipality of Kurtatsch (Cortaccia) in the Italian wine sector South-Tirol (Region Trentino-Alto Adige ). It was founded in 1900. The Freienfeld residence, built in 1521 in the village center, was the headquarters of the winery until 1923. Then today's cellar building was built on the wine route. Today the cellar of the residence is used as a barrel storage and wine archive and is the scene of exclusive tastings. Andreas Kofler acts as chairman, Othmar Doná is responsible as cellar master. Vineyard walks are also organized with a final wine tasting.
