Translate to English Relativ kühle, deutlich herb-gewürzige, getrocknet-florale und kräuterige Nase nach Litschi, Zitrusfrüchten, Kernobst und gelben Melonen mit leicht pfeffrigen Nuancen. Sehr kräftig im Mund, schmelzig, rauchig und auch noch immer hefig, fester Bau, feiner Säurebiss und leichter Gerbstoff, rauchige bis leicht tabakige Aromen, etwas Kandis am Gaumen, nachhaltig und griffig, im Hintergrund erdige Mineralik und Bergkräuter, Orangeat und Butter, gewisse Süße, aber auch klares Sortenbitter, altholzige und pilzige Nuancen, ein Hauch Schokolade, etwas Wacholder, sehr guter Abgang mit viel Alkoholwärme.
