Translate to English Duft nach eingelegtem und teils geschmortem Paprika und Zwiebeln mit tabakigen und nussig-holzigen Aromen, ein wenig Kapern, Suppenkräutern, Kandis, Teer und erdigen Noten. Weiche, leicht kompottige Frucht mit rußig-röstigem Holz, süßlich eingelegter und geschmorter Paprika, überwiegend mürbes, teils leicht trocknendes Tannin, wenig Tiefe, viel Schmelz und Alkohol, ziemlich warme und marmeladige Art, kandiert-kräuterige Nuancen, hat durchaus einen gewissen aromatischen Reiz, der nur ein wenig in der schmeichelnden, warmen, süßlichen Kompottigkeit untergeht, guter bis sehr guter, alkoholstarker Abgang.
