Firm fairly deep and relatively cool nose, elegant green vegetal aromas, light floral traces, elderflower and light mineral notes. Ripe, fairly firm, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty, floral and prominent vegetal aromas, elderflower, elegant, lively acidity, good substance and persistence, full body, noticeable high alcohol, but also has some bite, mineral notes in the background, touch of nutty oak, elegant grip, still largely undeveloped, very good, fairly firm finish.
