Leicht schmelzige Frucht im Mund, bitterliche Nüsse und Gemüse, salzige und erdige Beitöne, recht präsente Säure und leichte Kohlesäure, trocknender Gerbstoff, nussige Aromen am Gaumen, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang mit gewisser Wärme.
