Nutty and light smoky notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, exotic traces, floral and buttery traces. Fairly tart, firm, ripe fruit on the palate, fairly lively acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, good substance and persistence, earthy and mineral traces, smoky traces, noticeable warm alcohol, good persistence, some grip, hint of bacon in the background, good to very good alcoholic finish.
