Nutty, vegetal and earthy notes on the nose, tart, tranquil yellow fruit, light herbaceous notes, peppery traces. Very full-bodied and warm, ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, nutty and light buttery notes, some caramel, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, delicate floral traces, hint of citrus zests provide some freshness, peppery traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, cool citrus and minty notes, some grip on a good to very good finish. Has developed very well.

Editor note: Translate to English Relativ kühle, deutlich pflanzliche und ein wenig hell-florale Zitrus-Apfelnase mit einem Hauch Kiwi und grünem Paprika. Etwas glatte Frucht mit deutlich frisch-pflanzlichen Noten und recht lebhafter Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, hell-florale Nuancen, merklicher, ein wenig schärfender Alkohol, der sich mit Luft aber relativ gut einbindet, Wacholdernoten, leichter Gerbstoff, mineralische Anklänge, recht guter, herber, alkoholstarker Abgang mit nussigen Spuren.
