2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Bianco Sirmian, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly firm nose, light yeasty, herbaceous and nutty notes, ripe pomaceous and some citrus fruit, mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, herbaceous, nutty and floral notes, ripe tannins provide light grip, hint of red berries, still young, good substance and persistence, quite full-bodied, salty notes in the background, very creamy, but also has some bite, nutty and mineral notes on a very good, slightly sweetish, gripping finish.
