Tart nose, prominent vegetal and light earthy notes, restrained yellow and green fruit, peppery, nutty and floral traces. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, tart vegetal and herbaceous aromas, elegant, lively acidity, light tannic grip, good substance and persistence, touch oif juniper and bay leaf in the background, hint of black berries, sweetish and creamy, noticeable warm alcohol, salty mineral traces, some bite on a good to very good warm finish.
