Translate to English Fester, herber und etwas gedeckter Duft mit vegetabilen, leicht hefigen und etwas altholzigen Noten, verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einer Spur Suppenkräuter und erdiger Mineralik. Reife, teils kandiert wirkende, süßlich-schmelzige Frucht, nussig-holzige und noch leicht hefige Anklänge, lebendige Säure, im Hintergrund Kandisnoten und getrocknete Zitrone, recht fest gebaut, ziemlich kräftig, herbe mineralische Töne, sehr guter, noch leicht gedeckter Abgang. Legt mit Luft deutlich zu.
