Editor note: Fairly deep, cool firm nose, still undeveloped, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, green and yellow fruit, elderflowers and berries and fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm tart, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty and vegetal aromas, herbaceous notes, some elderflower and asparagus, lively, very elegant acidity, fine tannins provide firm grip. persistent and concentrated, good depth, quite creamy, light salty mineral notes, very good long, firm, tart juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
Best to drink: 2020-2028+
